1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ACX Signal ("the Service"), operated by ACX Signal ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
2. Service Description
ACX Signal provides structured signal intelligence on U.S.-listed China equities, including but not limited to:
- Weekly Brief — weekly signal intelligence reports
- Signal Scorecard — mark-to-market tracking of published signals
- Coverage Universe — tracked equities and signal categories
- Blog — market analysis, case studies, and methodology content
- Sample Brief — free sample edition for prospective subscribers

3. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the applicable rate. Subscription fees are disclosed on our Pricing page.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Sharing login credentials or distributing subscriber-only content to non-subscribers is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published through the Service — including signal reports, analysis, methodology descriptions, confidence scores, scoring frameworks, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of ACX Signal and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Permitted: Personal, non-commercial use by the subscriber. Brief quotation with attribution in research notes or investment memos for internal use.
Prohibited: Redistribution, republication, resale, or systematic reproduction of any content. Scraping, automated extraction, or bulk downloading of any content.
6. Not Investment Advice
The Service does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. ACX Signal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All signals, scores, and analysis are provided for informational purposes only. See our full Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACX Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses based on information contained in our reports.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Accuracy and Timeliness
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of published signals. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current. Signal confidence scores represent our assessment at the time of publication and are subject to rescoring as new data emerges.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ACX Signal is incorporated. This section will be updated when the operating entity is formally registered.
